• Ezra Z. Bar, the principal of Ez-B-Process Inc., is a life-long consultant, possessing 30 years of field experience and academic knowledge. Ezra's experience includes conducting and leading teams of projects in Canada USA UK Israel Argentina and Germany

• in 2008, Ezra was awarded a doctoral degree of  Ph.D. in Management of Engineering and Technology from Northcentral University, Prescott, Arizona, USA.

  The dissertation research title: "Evaluating the Impact of Metropolitan Toronto Amalgamation on Expenditures for Consolidated Services".

• In 2002, Ezra was awarded M.B.A. with Distinction from University of Leicester, England, UK, specializing in IT Management and Business Process Reengineering.

  The dissertation title: "Business Process Reengineering and Information Technology in the Clinical Research CRO Business".

• In 1979, Ezra received a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from the top-notch Israel Institute of Technology, The Technion
