In 2002, Mr. Bar completed an M.B.A. with Distinction from University of Leicester, England, UK, specializing in IT Management and Business Process Reengineering.

The dissertation titled: "Business Process Reengineering and Information Technology in the Clinical Research CRO Business".
In 1979, Mr. Bar received a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from the top-notch Israel Institute of Technology, The Technion.
